2.1. In connection with the provision of cloud services - EVROPING provides services to its customers/users on a contractual basis. In order to fulfill our obligations for providing cloud services, we process personal data of our customers.
In this case, the ground for the data processing is the fulfillment of contractual obligation, here is also included the processing occurred prior the conclusion of the contract in connection with providing particular information and/or services.
For this purpose, we will process the personal data of our customers until termination of the contract (i.e. until refusal of the service), and for a fixed period thereafter - within which additional rights and obligations may arise for the parties. This period usually is 6 years after the discontinue of the platform use, but in some cases this period may be longer given the following circumstances:

2.2. To fulfill a legal obligation - The owner of the cloud platform, in its capacity of a commercial corporation, is obliged by law to keep accounting and maintain documentation records and archive (for example work records, etc.). 5.1. How we store and protect personal information of our customers:
All information we collect is stored online on servers owned and operated by EVROPING We guarantee an adequate level of data protection due to the fact we have taken the necessary steps to avoid exposing your personal information to third parties, which include the following steps:
a. The servers on which we store your personal information are located in data centers with high security standards, which include physical identification of access by ID card, 24/7/365 on-site staff and video surveillance.
b. The servers we use to store personal information require a certain type of authentication and security measures are in set in order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.
c. All EVROPING employees who have access to your personal information have signed confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements that guarantee the use of your information with the sole purpose of performing their work.
d. EVROPING is committed to protection of your personal data and information, but cannot secure or guarantee the security of any information you transmit through the services of EVROPING or guarantee that your information is provided by EVROPING services cannot be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our industry standard physical, technical or management warranties. When you enter confidential information (such as a user name and password) in the order form or the customer’s part, that information is encrypted using an SSL certificate of security (secure socket layer technology). However, there is no method of transmitting information over Internet or electronically, which is 100% secure method of electronic storage of data. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you have questions about the security of your personal information, please contact us. EVROPING uses an external platform and company for proceeding of credit card for the online payments when purchasing services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personal information for any other than this purposes.
e. For EU customers, EVROPING complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, as defined by the European Union, regarding the collection, use and storage of personal data. EVROPING verifies that it complies with the requirements for notification, selection for further relocation, security, data integrity, access and performance.
f. We use your information other than the customer data - to manage, maintain, improve and provide all features of the service you have requested, as well as to provide support related to the service. We process customer data only in accordance with the instructions provided by the respective customer or user.
g. We just store personal data collected by users while their account is active, or retain it for a limited period of time if we need it to fulfill the purposes for which we originally collected it, unless otherwise provided by law. We will retain and use the information we need to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and apply our agreements as follows.
h. EVROPING does not own, control or manage the use of customer data that is stored or processed through the use of our services. Only the customer has the right to access, process and manage the use of such customer data. EVROPING is not aware what kind of customer data is actually stored or provided by a customer of our service and there is no direct access to such customer data unless authorized by the customer himself or where it is necessary in order to provide the services as required.
i. ТBecause EVROPING does not collect or determine how the personal data contained in the customer information is going to be used, and also because it does not determine the purposes for which such personal data are collected or use, EVROPING does not act as a controller of personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation and it has no related to the responsibilities of the controller under EU law. EVROPING is responsible only for hosting in accordance with Art. 14 of DIRECTIVE 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2000. EVROPING should only be considered as processor on behalf of its customers regarding customer information that contains personal information subject to GDPR requirements.
The Customer is controller of the data in accordance with the Regulation for all customer information that contains personal data, which means that this party controls the manner the personal data shall be collected and used, as well as they determine the purposes and means of processing such personal data.
EVROPING is not responsible for the content of the personal data in the customer information or other information stored on its servers at the discretion of the customer, nor is EVROPING responsible for the manner in which the customer collects, processes, distributes or otherwise processes such personal information.
5.2. What are your rights in connection with the processing of personal data
Generally, this information will be provided at the beginning of the provision of our services – i.e. upon conclusion of a contract with customers or our contractors and employees, but you can make inquiries at any time.
If there is no ground for us to continue processing your personal data, you can request the deletion of all your personal information we store and at any time. If the contractual relations between us have been terminated and there is no legal ground or obligation for us to retain this information, it will be deleted.
If there is no ground for us to continue processing your personal data, but you do not wish it to be deleted - for example, with a view to future use of our services - you can request at any time from us to suspend any other form of processing and only to store your data. In this case, we will be able to process them only where we have your consent or by virtue of law.
